PF-03 Full-sized double wheel clamp

Product Information

This unique product is a quick and effective way to safely immobilize full-sized rigs, semis and delivery trucks with tire sizes from 22.5" to 24.5" diameter rim size.

It can be installed and uninstalled very rapidly by one person and can be stored flat in a box or behind your seat.

Will fit painted rims as well as Aluminum ones. It is highly deterrent and features an adjustable steel needle pin arrangement to discourage unauthorized movement of vehicle.

Compatible with any good padlock but recommended: Our Viro slide-lock (not included)

Unauthorized movement of vehicle results in tire deflation.

Lug nuts covered to prevent unauthorized wheel removal.

All components included, comes in under 30 lbs, the most lightweight model for full-sized double-wheeled vehicles.

All parts are replaceable parts to minimize repairs and maintenance down time, yet disassembles flat for easy storage

Painted security yellow for maximum visibility and deterrence.

Compatible with double-wheel doule-axle configurations

Installation procedure

1. Assemble components together by sliding nut into the dish.



2. Insert threaded rod between the tire and fix in place with needle assembly, pointing towards the tire.



3. When rod and needle are held in place such that they hold by themselves, slide the main body and wheel cover onto them.



4. Make sure components are secured against the wheel.



5. Screw on 3/4" nut and tighten with wrench. (Be careful not to damage tire)



6. Put wrench on the boot, and lock it on with the U-Piece.
